First, the (biggest) bad news: the job my uncle got me didn't pan out too well. I got fired.

Now, the (mostly) good news: I'm back in Cochran, now living with my grandmother. All of my electronics (except my laptop) are back in my possession, and I finally have a chance to see my girlfriend again! I just hope she's willing to see me after all the grief I've put her through.....

My current plans include applying for a job at a local Wendy's (I hear the owner prefers to hire people who attend church) and to reregister at Middle Georgia College for another term. In the meantime, I'm helping my grandmother manage the house and such, and hopefully I can make enough money to pay for a DSL connection at her place (currently she has no Internet access at all).

Odds are I'll be offline for a while, but things don't feel as bleak as they did in my last journal entry. Best wishes to all of you.
