Description
A second attempt at The End of the War. I did all the lines in pencil so I could work on Gardevoir's arms some more. It still sucks, but it looks better to me.
I plan on editing out the notepaper lines and the erasure marks. I'll reupload to this deviation instead of making another one if I do. >.<
